Terra Cotta

This was originally painted many years ago. I liked the main element, the pot and very loose and abstract foliage, but it lacked movement and unity. I cropped it and added more warm colors because I them to be dominant. I repeated the more of the texture and then collaged on some dried foliage that I painted white for contrast. Last, I refined the pot a little, giving it more of a cast shadow and shape.
