Oh the Greens

When my husband and I travel, I like to take what I call 'drive by' photos. Photos taken out the window as we're driving. I don't need a lot of details for painting subjects to be good. Something just has to catch my attention...the light, the colors, the shapes. This was cropped from a bigger such photo I took that became 3 paintings. The values were perfect, I loved the light and colors in the grasses and the variety of greens!
