Painting negatively to create flowers, very fun. I did three of these types of paintings at the same time, the other two have sold. It's a very loose and fun way to paint flowers, or probably anything!

This was a painting that I painted over because I wasn't happy with it, so it already had some interesting texture to it. I added spashes of color and negatively painted around them. I wanted this piece to feel dramatic, thus the darker background at the top of the painting.
